  • Epsom Salt

    With its naturally occurring pure mineral compounds of magnesium and sulphate, Epsom salts boosts relaxation, improving sleep and concentration whilst also relieving inflammation, aiding muscles and nerves to function properly.

    Pink Himalayan Salt

    Himalayan salts aid in reducing stress, fatigue and pain, along with soothing and exfoliating the skin whilst maintaining the pH level in the body. A good source of sodium aids in proper brain, muscle and nervous system function. 

    Bentonite Clay

    With detoxifying properties and minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron, and a high colloidal value the absorbent qualities in this clay has the ability to gently draw out bacteria whilst reducing toxins and oiliness in the skin.

    Bicarbonate of Soda

    As an alkaline compound, baking soda has the ability to alter the pH of the skin, aiding skin exfoliation, boosting circulation and relieving tension, leaving your skin with a softer, brighter complexion. Bicarbonate of Soda also has antibacterial properties and may relieve itching and irritation.

    Eucalyptus Essential Oil 

    Famous for aiding treatment and prevention of acne, the anti-inflammatory properties reduce redness whilst the oil soothes the skin. Inhaling the scent of this oil loosens mucous, helping free your airways. Eucalyptus also has the ability to boost circulation boosting a healthy vibrant glow.

     

    Lemon Essential Oil

    With anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, this essential oil can boost mood, aid mental clarity and reduce stress whilst reducing harmful bacteria and inflammation. It also clarifies the skin by gently exfoliating dead skin cells that are trapped in the hair follicle and pores.

  • Fill bath with warm water, add 2-3 teaspoons or desired amount of Relax Mineral Bath Salts, swish bath water until the salts dissolve. Breathe, Relax and Enjoy!

    Rinse bath after use and collect dried flowers and botanicals to prevent drains becoming blocked.

  • For external use only, avoid contact with eyes.

    Avoid use on open wounds, severe skin inflammation, infected skin, severe burns.

    If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
