Epsom Salt
With its naturally occurring pure mineral compounds of magnesium and sulphate, Epsom salts boosts relaxation, improving sleep and concentration whilst also relieving inflammation, aiding muscles and nerves to function properly.
Pink Himalayan Salt
Himalayan salts aid in reducing stress, fatigue and pain, along with soothing and exfoliating the skin whilst maintaining the pH level in the body. A good source of sodium aids in proper brain, muscle and nervous system function.
Orange Essential Oil

Fill bath with warm water, add 2-3 teaspoons or desired amount of Relax Mineral Bath Salts, swish bath water until the salts dissolve. Breathe, Relax and Enjoy!
