Epsom Salt
With its naturally occurring pure mineral compounds of magnesium and sulphate, Epsom salts boosts relaxation, improving sleep and concentration whilst also relieving inflammation, aiding muscles and nerves to function properly.
Pink Himalayan Salt

Fill bath with warm water, add 2-3 teaspoons or desired amount of Relax Mineral Bath Salts, swish bath water until the salts dissolve. Breathe, Relax and Enjoy!
Rinse bath after use and collect dried flowers and botanicals to prevent drains becoming blocked.
